He was founder of Mehta Transport Corporation of India and started the transport business way back in the year of 1971. He was visionary, broad minded and well known personality into this business in the capital of India. He knew ground reality of the business. Late Shri Somnath Mehta ji was very religious person and had very collaborative vision in his mind about the business, people, Environment and service to the corporate world. As a part of corporate social responsibility, he was involved in highly reputed presidentship of one of the temples, Shri Rama Krishna Temple at Ashok Vihar, Delhi since last 15 years and served the people with humanity. His contribution towards serving this temple was very extraordinary.

He is son of Late Sh. Somnath Mehta. Broad minded and down to earth personality. He always feels that discipline in any of the organization can lead company to the sky. Pravesh ji has done his schooling from SALWAN PUBLIC SCHOOL, PUSA ROAD, DELHI and Graduation in Commerce from KHALSA COLLEGE, Delhi University, Delhi. He involved himself into this transport business in the year 1992 and since then he is serving the organization 24 x 7 with his hard work, dedication & sincerity. Pravesh ji always feels that the people are great assets for any organization who can take the firm to any height. His vision is very clear and to take his business from 300 crores to 2500 crores within next 5-6 years.

As Brokery is the genesis of our business, we still place our vehicles in companies. We take vehicles from market but to keep our founders memories and his blessings, we continue to place our vehicles in market. This not only strengthens our relations with vendors and customers but also keeps us exploring.
